About PropTron
PropTron started in 2018 as a YouTube channel filming sample flats on NH-24 and in Noida Extension, in Hindi, for families buying their first flat at Rs 40 lakh to Rs 1 Cr. 18.6 lakh views later, the camera is the same. What changed is what we bring back from the site: the numbers, not the mood.
What PropTron does
- Walks the site. Sample flat, construction stage, the road outside, filmed on the day with the rate we were quoted.
- Does the arithmetic. Rate on carpet, loading, all-in ticket, months of carry to possession, density, running cost, launch-to-today. The method page lists all seven.
- Writes it down, dated. Every video gets a page with the figures and their date, so the answer is there at 10 pm when you are deciding.
What PropTron does not do
Sell flats. Take developer money, referral fees or channel-partner commissions. Quote rates as offers. Value properties. Review documents. Give advice on your transaction.
Who runs it
Vishu Kushwaha
Founder. Has filmed NCR real estate since 2018 and holds an MBA in real estate from RICS. Practises as an advocate in Ghaziabad; that practice is separate from PropTron and is at advocatevishukushwaha.com.
