Why money comes here
The cheapest new-launch 3 BHK tickets in east NCR, and the only corridor in Ghaziabad with a master-planned township at scale. Prices are still below Indirapuram and Noida Extension for the same carpet.
What moves prices in this corridor
- The expressway: signal-free to Akshardham once you are on it. Everything on this stretch is priced off that drive time.
- RRTS at Duhai and Guldhar by road. Driving time to the station is the number to measure, not the distance on the map.
- Township phases: Wave City's commercial and school phases decide its resale depth. Ask what is open today.
