What did a 2 BHK at Stellar One cost in May 2019?
The speaker quoted two prices for the 1,132 sq ft flat. The starting price on the first floor was Rs 44,10,669, and the top floor came to around Rs 38,68,129. He called both all inclusive. The machine transcript attaches the higher figure to the first floor and the lower to the top floor, and the video gives no reason, so read the two as the ends of the quote.

What did the 2 BHK sample flat show?
