The estimated gross development value is Rs 4,500 crore, which Construction World states as Rs 45 bn.

A 3 BHK of 2,592 sq ft starts at Rs 4.14 to 4.15 crore, a 4 BHK of 2,997 sq ft is about Rs 4.80 crore, and the largest unit, 4,671 sq ft, is about Rs 7.47 crore, all plus applicable charges. Sizes are saleable area. A fourth type of 3,825 sq ft is listed without a price.
TOI Homes quotes the base rate at about Rs 16,000 per sq ft. ANAROCK Research put Gurugram's average residential price at Rs 13,350 per sq ft in Q2 2026, so the listed rate sits about 20 per cent above that city average. These are the portals' indicative numbers, not a confirmed price list.
What is planned inside the project?
The layout is pedestrian-first, with vehicles kept mostly to the periphery. Club Elixir is planned across ground plus two floors, with a gym, banquet halls, spa, meditation zones, restaurants, a cafe and poolside areas.
The sports zone is planned to hold a multi-purpose court, two tennis courts, a volleyball court, cricket pitches, a golf putting area, and pickleball and padel courts. Construction World's report lists all of these as planned, not built.
