What did DLF announce about The Aureva?
In a statement on Sunday 4 Oct 2026, DLF said its luxury retirement project The Aureva in Sector 63, Gurgaon, is sold out. All 172 residences are booked, for sales of about Rs 1,985 crore. DLF Home Developers' managing director and chief business officer described it as an effort to redefine luxury retirement housing in India.
The project sits next to DLF's earlier senior-living development, The Arbour, and is reached from Golf Course Extension Road, the Southern Peripheral Road and NH-48, according to Business Today's report.
What does a home at DLF Aureva cost?
Divide Rs 1,985 crore by 172 homes and the average comes to about Rs 11.5 crore a home. A trade report puts the same average at Rs 115 million, attributed to DLF. This is an average across the project, not a price list, and DLF has not published a price per configuration in the statement.
Every home is a 4 BHK. Each comes with a dedicated staff dormitory, a private deck and three parking spaces, per DLF's statement.

DLF gave project totals only: carpet area above 4 lakh sq ft and saleable area above 7.5 lakh sq ft, on about 4.17 acres. It is one standalone tower of ground plus 45 floors.

The clubhouse has an indoor swimming pool, spa, yoga pavilion, meditation centre, library, banquet space and landscaped gardens. The design includes universally accessible features for comfort and safety.
How does Rs 1,985 crore compare with DLF's April to June bookings?
For scale, DLF reported new sales bookings of Rs 657 crore for April to June 2026 (Q1 FY27), down 94% from Rs 11,425 crore a year earlier, and put the fall down to deferred launches. The Aureva sell-out was announced on 4 Oct 2026, so the two numbers cover different periods. The Rs 1,985 crore is also a booking value, not cash collected or revenue booked.
